Albert and I, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Cannon, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Julian spent the nite at Mr. and Mrs. Ed Shafnet’s. Albert won first prize, myself 2nd Ladies first, a lovely lunch was served.[1. Sounds like they played card games that day, possibly whist.]
